About Me
I live in Santa Cruz with my wife and two kids. I am an avid surfer who has surfed all over the world. I draw numerous parallels between the art of surfing and navigating life experiences—for example, adapting to the ever-changing present moment, as well as appreciating and making the most of the opportunities at hand. I have written an article on the parallels between surfing and the therapeutic process, a chapter of in a psychotherapy book called Unearthing the Moment, been quoted in Surfing Magazine and Good Times newspaper, written a blog post for Luma Yoga, and been interviewed on Off the Lip radio.
